As our country steps into a new era,the quality requirements for teaching have also risen,especially for the quality evaluation of higher education.Many universities are carrying out engineering education certification.Based on the core of engineering education certification standards,i.e.graduation requirements,this thesis takes the requirements of graduation of transportation engineering as an example,integrates information management technology into the engineering education certification work,and builds an evaluation system.For the important part of the curriculum process assessment management,management mechanisms and programs are proposed in order to improve the efficiency of the professional certification of transportaion specialty,the construction of continuous improvement mechanism for teaching quality of transportation engineering,professional quality and core competitiveness.According to the standard content of the international engineering education undergraduate professional mutual recognition agreement and the content of China's engineering education certification standard,this thesis realizes the informationization,standardization and timeliness of professional certification standard content management and the customization of the graduation requirement achievement evaluation.The main works are described as follows:(1)The impact of the research-oriented education OBE concept on professional certification,the status of domestic and foreign research on the degree of graduation requirements,the evaluation model of graduation requirements and the need for continuous improvement are analyzed to clarify the goals of system establishment and formulate a solution to meet the evaluation of the graduation requirements of the core content of engineering education certification.(2)Aiming at the general concept of achievement evaluation and the evaluation method based on the score analysis of course teaching process,the curriculum process evaluation standardization scheme and the course assessment item management subsystem for transportation are designed,and the course assessment score item is established through the subsystem business,providing project support for graduation requirements achievement evaluation indicators and accurate,effective support for achievement calculation.(3)System hierarchy,technical architecture and functional architecture based on the requirements of the system are determined.The detailed design of each functional module of the system is carried out.The database of the system is designed by using the main expansion mode.Curriculum system management,course assessment score management,graduation design score management,college management,role authority management,and student guidance management module programming are accomplished.(4)Using the IOC container management component provided by Spring,the loosely-coupled system is realized,making the structure of programs flexible and improving the maintainability and scalability of the system.For the exchange of system information,static data exchange is established.Using the Apache POI technology that supports the file import and export function,the system information exchange to read and write the office format file is realized.(5)Principal component analysis algorithm is used to analyze the curriculum and grades and obtain the student ability that is consistent with the graduation requirements,providing data support for the graduation requirement index points and the support relationship of the curriculum.
