Research On The Protection And Renewal Planning Of Urban Cultural Space In The Rejuvenation Of Resource-based Cities

This article takes the rejuvenation of resource-based cities as the background,discusses the methods and strategies for the protection and renewal of cultural space in resource-based cities,studies the attributes of cultural space,and investigates the requirements for cultural space protection and renewal,and obtains the following protection and updating planning process:1.Basic research: Summarize the existing research of resource-based urban space and culture,master the characteristics and problems of the decentralized layout of most resourcebased cities,and take the problem-oriented approach to arrive at the four transformation paths of industrial transformation,planning guidance,ecological restoration,and cultural exploration.Analyze the cultural basis for the rejuvenation of resource-based cities,summarize the grading of cultural spaces in resource-based cities and three major models,and establish a theoretical basis and concrete practices for cultural conservation and renewal of resourcebased urban cultural spaces.2.Field research: Conduct comprehensive basic data collection on Wangcang County,a city under study,and sort out the process of urban spatial changes,investigate the status quo of urban historical culture and intangible cultural heritage,and count county cultural resources to confirm development advantages.Conduct a holistic survey of urban cultural space,implement the concrete existence of its material space,and select a typical space for spatial attribute surveys and spatial issues.3.Demand analysis: According to the work of the research phase,the cultural space in Wangcang County was analyzed according to the three elements of “people,place,and activity”,subjective demand was quantitatively analyzed for the use groups,and the space was objectively materialized on the space.Qualitative analysis of needs,the qualitative analysis of the objective needs of the cultural space on the non-material level of the activities,the three combined spatial attribute issues,urban development goals,draw the basis for the formulation of follow-up cultural space protection and renewal strategies.4.Planning and design: According to the relevant research of cultural planning,formulate the goals,framework and specific content of the cultural space protection and renovation of resource-based cities,and formulate measures for protection and renewal based on space issues and needs.Specifically,they include:(1)Integrate cultural resources based on urban areas,plan and protect cultural routes,and jointly develop regional resources for cities;(2)Develop a city-based cultural structure based on the urban area,integrate it with the existing urban planning system,and optimize the layout of land resources.Urban space for structural reconstruction,adjustment of old industrial land in urban areas,development of ecological resources in marginal areas;(3)classification and protection of cultural space based on spatial nodes;innovation and utilization of industrial cultural space;historical and cultural spatial contextual protection(4)Strengthen the conservation and renewal of non-material cultural activities and their space carriers,enrich the types of activities,and expand the spatial forms of activities.
