The envelope structure of Shenzhen airport Terminal 3 was designed in July,2008.According to the requirement of Shenzhen Airport Incorporated Company and the international bidding scheme,this energy efficiency design is provided for the envelope structure of Shenzhen airport Terminal 3 in the aspect of energy efficiency ways,scheme and effect etc with the consultants.First of all,we analysed architectural energy efficiency in general in terms of the architectural feature.Through the comparison between its internal and external ventilation ways,controlling ways and efficiency effect,the priliminary design,which is carried out experts demonstration,is finished and "Green Achitecture Design Interim report" is submited.In the meeting,this energy efficiency scheme was fully agreed by experts who thought that this thinking had advanced and important effects in the field of demestic airport terminal building,and this scheme conformed to the real condition of airports,satisfied with requirement of internal comfort and green energy efficiency.however,for the double skin facade scheme,the experts thought that it was unnecessary to pursue the airtightness and form the tight air layer according to the design requirement of decoration and sun shading.We fully considered and adopted the advices put forward in the experts demonstration meeting,and more approved schemes were put forward and analysed and compared.This final facade design scheme was confirmed with hollow ceiling and outer skin closed through the consideration of the empolyer,architects and design team in terms of the investment cost,visual effect and energy efficiency.According to the Guangdong detailed rules in " Energy saving design standard for public buildings ",the thermal performance and balance energy conservation was analysed and calculated,which can satisfy with the conservation requirement.Since Sep.2009,SZJG29-2009 " Energy saving design standard for public buildings" of special economic zone technical specification has been carried out in Shenzhen,and this standard is much more detailed than Guangdong rules and more strict for the building Shading Coefficient.At last,according to the latest standard,we put forward with the requirement of energy conservation and thermal performance through the consideration of Guangdong standard and previous preliminary design.Meanwhile,some special parts were fully considered through the same conservation condition and balance calculation in order to reduce the investment costs under the same condition of conservation effect as much as possible and to achieve the effects of both energy and materials conservation.With further design,the design of lighting,ventilation as well as heat insulation was updated and completed in Dec.2009.In the process of design and according to the recent research suitation of the same type of projects home and abroad,we have made experts demonstrations for many times in the aspects of energy efficiency ways,design and effects,and got rich experiences.It is hoped that this research is helpful for the conservation design of envelope structure of the large airport.
