Thermal control system is the key subsystem of spacecrafts,it undertakes the temperature regulating task of the spacecraft cabin.The key active thermal control functions are usually performed by the temperature controller.In view of the future demand for the application of the space station,the prototype of temperature controller for space station is developed and the key technologies are verified.Since this research can provide technical support for devepment of spacecraft temperature controller with high measurement and control accuracy,self-management ability,high reliability and safety index,this research has great significance and practical value.Based on the present research status of the temperature controller of similar products at home and abroad,combining with the future demand of the space station,the overall scheme of the temperature controller is proposed in this thesis.And the design and development are presented in detail.According to the function,the product is divided into system control module,temperature and analog signal acquisition module,temperature control valve control module,self-locking valve control module,switch command output module,28 V heater control module,100 V heater control module and power supply module.The system control module adopts the domestic high performance anti-irradiation chip BM3803 to realize the management of the system.The temperature and analog signal acquisition module realizes the high precision measurement of platinum resistance,thermistor and pressure etc.The temperature control valve control module,self-locking valve control module,28 V heater control module,100 V heater control module select VMOS compoment to implement the integration design of the power driver interface,whichreduces the volume and weight of the product effectively.The power supply transformation of 100 V interface is realized by using thick film technology DC/DC power supply module.The embedded software of the temperature controller is designed by structural method,and a workflow that combines command sequence execution with interrupt response is used to implement the functions of initialization setting,data acquisition and processing,electric heating system control,liquid road system control,bus communication and system health management.In the software model,the control precision of the temperature controller is improved by using the self-adaptive control strategy of the liquid loop and the proportional control algorithm of the electric heating loop.In addition,the Built-in Test technology in the product enhances the testability of the product interface.The maintainable design is adopted at the electrical interface,software interface.The system ground test results show that the function and performance of the temperature controller meet the design requirements,and all the key techniques are tested and verified.
