With the rapid development of space technology,the application of spacecraft is more and more extensive,and the structural design of spacecraft is more complicated.In the face of a more sophisticated environment and a more functional structural system,the safety and reliability of the spacecraft's performance is increasing,and the need for the spacecraf t's autonomic health system is increasing.In this paper,the fiber optic measurement subsystem is the piggybacking project of China's XX experimental satellite,and it mainly completes on-orbit verification of relevant key technologies.Based on the research of optical fiber measurement technology and spacecraft health management at home and abroad,combined with the existing technology at home and abroad,and based on the functional requirements and technical specifications of optical fiber measurement subsystem,the design and manufacture scheme of optical fiber measurement subsystem for spacecraft is determined,and the extensible optical fiber measurement module subsystem is designed.The system has carried out a series of scientific research processes,such as product verification,production,commissioning,testing,testing and inspection,and finally successfully delivered to orbit.The fiber optic measurement subsystem designed in this paper mainly includes two parts: fiber optic measurement demodula tor and sensor head fiber.Optical fiber measurement demodulation instrument main function is to complete the light source of fiber sensing head time-sharing strobe,the sensor head fiber is responsible for collecting the temperature and strain change info rmation of the point to be measured,and then performing wavelength demodulation and data processing through the fiber optic measurement demodulator,and finally passes 1553 B.The bus interface outputs the temperature and strain information of each measuring point to realize the information monitoring of the measuring point.The test results of the fiber optic measurement subsystem show that all the parameters of the indicators meet the standards of use.The subsystems developed in this paper adopt modular design,which not only standardizes,but also has strong expansion capabilities.
