Call center is a company established for the customer service,which can provide customers with excellent service,achieve good interaction with customers,laying the foundation for the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.It can be said that the core concept of the call center is the service.So it must be to create a good service environment as the core,whether it is from the management model,staffing terms,or from the infrastructure,the development strategy in terms of.In this paper,we will focus on the humanized design of the building function space of the call center.Humanized architectural space design,reasonable arrangement and design of building function space are the key factors so that can provide a comfortable working environment for the call center staff.In such an envirmoent,the call center staff are better to serve their customers.Firstly,this paper defines the research direction,analyzes the related concepts of call center function space,and points out that it is necessary to use the humanized design concept to design the functional space of the call center.It’s disscussed from ergonomics,environmental psychology,human activity and human health,which lays the theoretical foundation for the specific space design.Secondly,this paper studies the external space and interior space of the building from the perspective of humanized design of building space.Finally,this article takes the case of Luoyang call center project of China Mobile as an example.The case combines the theory and practice of call center building space humanization design which can provide reference for the similar call center building space design in China. |
