Water is the source of life.But as an irreplaceable natural resource for human survival and development,fresh water resources on the earth are becoming increasingly scarce.The per capita water resources in Shenyang is 416 cubic meters,which is only 1/5 of the countries per capita possession.With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard,the demand for water for urban residents in Shenyang is increasing.The shortage of water resources and the aggravation of water pollution make the available water resources less and less,and the water supply is difficult to meet the increasing demand.Urban domestic water consumption is the basic guarantee for the stability and stability of the urban people.As an important part of water resources,water consumption for urban residents is also a part of water saving work.Studying the step water price system of urban residents in Shenyang and understanding the various influencing factors of water demand can provide reliable theoretical basis for water saving work in Shenyang,which has important practical significance.This paper studies the step water price system of urban residents in Shenyang from the perspective of water supply and demand analysis,providing a basis for solving the contradiction between supply and demand of urban residents' domestic water.In this paper,Shenyang urban residents' ladder pricing scheme is taken as the research object.The full text is composed of five parts:In the first chapter of this paper,the background,significance,research progress,research methods,research contents and technical routes of water price models at home and abroad are introduced respectively.The second chapter of this paper systematically introduces the materials and methods of urban residents' water price model research,mainly including four aspects: research object,research methods,research parameters and research programs.In the part of research object,the concept of step water price is introduced in detail.In the part of research method,the functions of network survey,social survey and data analysis are introduced respectively.In the part of research parameters,the main parameters of step water price model for urban residents are disposable income per capita,water consumption per capita and water price per capita.In the part of research plan,the steps of establishing step water price model are mainly introduced,which are parameter analysis,model series selection,scheme formulation at all levels and feasibility analysis of model scheme.In the third chapter,the current water pricing system(single pricing system)and four widely used water pricing models in Shenyang are introduced,which are the optimal price mathematical model,the average cost mathematical model,the marginal opportunity cost mathematical model and the supply-demand relationship mathematical model.Because the supply-demand relationship mathematical model can be clearly analyzed and separated.The influence of the price of domestic water and disposable income per capita on the annual water consumption per capita is discussed.Therefore,the supply-demand relationship model is selected to analyze the data of domestic water consumption in Shenyang.Shenyang urban residents' water consumption data are obtained by consulting Shenyang urban residents' water consumption data and disposable income data published on the information network of Shenyang Statistical Bureau in the past ten years.By using the mainstream data analysis software SPSS,the relationship formula of urban residents' water consumption in Shenyang is obtained by linear regression method,and the correlation analysis in the software is used.The rationality and scientificity of the relationship between urban residents' water use in Shenyang are verified by the functions of F value test and t value test.From the water use relationship of urban residents in Shenyang,it can be concluded that the per capita water consumption of urban residents is directly proportional to disposable income and inversely proportional to the water price of residents.In the fourth chapter,firstly,the model of step water price in Shenyang is briefly introduced,then the water price schemes at all levels and the water supply cost of water group are theoretically analyzed respectively.In the analysis of water price schemes at all levels,the step water quantity of urban residents in Shenyang is determined by Shenyang Water Group according to the statistics of residential water consumption in recent years.The step water price is determined by the water use relationship of Shenyang urban residents in Chapter 3.In cost analysis,the rationality of the step water price scheme of Shenyang urban residents is verified by cost analysis method.Finally,through the overall plan analysis,the article introduces the detailed rules of Shenyang ladder water pricing system.The fifth chapter of this paper introduces the effect prediction of the implementation of step water price system in Shenyang,the impact analysis of residents' lives,necessary measures,existing problems and necessity.In the part of forecasting the effect of stepped water price in Shenyang,the future population,per capita water consumption,total domestic water consumption and water supply income of Shenyang Water Group are forecasted respectively.The forecasting results show that the implementation of stepped water price system can not only improve residents' awareness of water saving,but also improve the revenue situation of water group.The analysis of the impact of stepped water price on residents' life in Shenyang shows that there is still a lot of room for increasing water price in Shenyang,and the equity analysis shows that the implementation of stepped water price system in Shenyang will not cause excessive economic impact on low-income residents;the implementation of stepped water price system in Shenyang will not cause excessive economic impact on low-income residents;and the implementation of stepped water price system in Shenyang will not cause excessive economic impact on low-income residents.In order to better implement the step water price system,the problems of intelligent water meter installation and remote meter reading system development need to be solved urgently.Finally,the necessary measures and necessity of implementing the step water price system in Shenyang are briefly introduced.
