The landing gear is one of the key parts of an aircraft.It is an important bearing part of an aircraft.In the process of aircraft development and batch production,the process of landing gear assembly is an important part of aircraft assembly.The in-depth study has important theoretical significance and engineering application value.According to China's new aircraft and the urgent needs of the production and development of the space shuttle,key technology of the gear assembly process are studied,studied a new generation of advanced landing gear assembly system equipment.Based on AGV design the vehicle control system,driving system,auxiliary system security,according to the characteristics of the site and the construction environment,chose tape boot mode,analyzes the global path planning method and local path planning method,carried out with advanced strategy research of ant colony algorithm.Control of the landing gear space movement is a key factor affecting assembly quality.In this study,the key structural parameters of the 6-dof platform were optimized.The logical structure and main components of the control system are briefly introduced.For the control mode of "industrial control machine + motion control card",the corresponding strong current circuit and weak current circuit are designed.With Visual C++ programming language as the tool,the software interface and main functional modules of the system are developed.It provides suitable equipment selection and technology method for aircraft landing gear assembly technology.It provides a good theoretical basis and necessary technical guidance for equipment development and assembly technology research and solution.The main influencing factors of landing gear assembly quality were analyzed,and the kinematics inverse solution algorithm used before was simulated and verified by using MATLAB's simulink module.The application of ant colony algorithm in multi-AGV scheduling is studied.The mathematical model of VRP problem and multi-agv scheduling is established.Design and manufacture according to the result of this paper studies the landing gear assembling cars,applicable to all types of aircraft assembly work in aviation,reached the field assembly requirements to fill the domestic blank in the field of technology,and in the field of process test,completed the corresponding technical verification,review and acceptance.The equipment has been tested and applied on the production line of key model aircraft in China.
