| With the gradual increase of people’s awareness of environmental protection,the energy-saving and environmental-friendly induction heating power supply has been more and more widely used in many fields.Most of the traditional induction heating power control system uses analog circuits,and there are some inherent defects in reliability,stability and flexibility.In this paper,the digitalization and informatization of induction heating power control system were attempted.First,the basic working principle of induction heating power supply was studied,and the rectification part and inverter part were respectively analyzed.The strategy of power regulation of induction heating power supply was discussed.Then,simulated the whole system with MATLAB/SIMULINK.Replaced the traditional analog control circuit with the embedded control system based on TI TMS320F28335,and realized the digitalization of induction heating control system.The control strategies of the embedded control system on the rectifier side and the inverter side were respectively analyzed briefly.Then,the main program flow of DSP and the communication between the embedded control system and the host computer were introduced.In order to realize the informatization of induction heating control system,developed a set of induction heating information management system.According to the requirements of working conditions,the information management system was divided into two parts: local machine and remote machine.The function design,technical stack selection and implementation method of these two parts were deeply studied,and the on-site management and remote monitoring of induction heating process were realized.On the experimental platform,the working state of induction heating power supply under both high and low power was compared.In addition,the induction heating information management system was functionally verified.The rationality of the design of the induction heating control system was proved by the experiment. |
