With the application of high permeability distributed renewable energy in distribution network,in recent years,an active distribution network with distributed power,energy storage and demand side management has been developed on the basis of traditional passive distribution network.Different from the single flow direction of energy and information in traditional distribution network,the active distribution network can effectively realize the two-way flow of power between the power grid and the users.So emergency events which may occur within the system can be planned in advance and the traditional passive accident processing can be converted to the active response.The regional distribution network is located at the end of the transmission network,so the safe,reliable and high quality power supply for the important user load become particularly important.Especially when the power system emergency occurs,how to use the advantage of active distribution network to restore the power supply for important load in the shortest time has become the focus of research.With the increasing complexity of the power system network,in the catastrophic mode,the regional distribution network fault recovery model needs to be considered more complex.In this paper,several key technologies and corresponding optimization algorithms for regional distribution network fault recovery are proposed;Based on the discretization of the recovery time,through the detailed description of various constraints in the recovery process of the distribution network,a multi power coordinated distribution network autonomous recovery strategy is formed.On the other hand,with the improvement of information degree,power emergency events are no longer a simple security event in the power grid.Because electricity is closely related to residents' life and work,electric emergency events are often accompanied by public emergency events,so information interaction in power system is particularly critical.The main achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)The related research,technical features and background of active distribution network at home and abroad are expounded.Combined with the characteristics of the existing power grid,the actual case reports and operation process,several common network fault modes and processing methods are analyzed.(2)Aiming at the key technology of regional distribution network fault recovery,a load recovery strategy based on two level constraint model is introduced,and path search is based on dynamic fuzzy weight set.At the same time,the optimization and dispatching technology of emergency supplies in the accident treatment and the supporting role of mobile emergency power supply to the restoration of the power grid are considered.(3)A multi power coordination and optimization algorithm for accident recovery is proposed.Through simplifying the different grid structure models in the system,combining the autonomous restoration strategy of the regional distribution network,simplifying the distributed generation model,and incorporating it into the constraints reasonably,combined with the specific example of IEEE33 node,the optimization algorithm is analyzed and verified.(4)The emergency events and information in the power system are classified,processed and modeled.Using XML language and two forked tree search algorithm,an information subscription and publishing model based on event triggering mechanism is proposed.Combined with block chain technology,the feasibility of future information interaction model and scheduling operation mode is discussed and analyzed.
