Air conditioner has been widely used in People's Daily life and work,China has become the world's biggest exporter of air-conditioning production and with the air conditioner can effect grade have higher barriers to entry and national policy guidance,constantly promote high efficiency and energy saving air conditioning air conditioning market is becoming more and more high to the requirement of the operation efficiency of air conditioner.At present,air conditioner manufacturers usually through such methods such as improve the efficiency of the compressor,use electronic expansion valve,optimize the efficiency of four-way reversing valve,use DC motor to reduce power consumption,reduce the energy consumption of power control parts to improve air conditioner efficiency.As the key parts in the air conditioning system,the optimization of heat-exchanger performance plays an important role in improving the overall operation efficiency of the air conditioning system.To improve heat exchanger efficiency,we can increase the pipe diameter of the heat-exchanger,change and degree the interference fit between the fin and tube of the heat-exchanger.Restricted by the design cost,space and processing efficiency,the optimization method above has little effect of the capacity of the heat heat-exchanger.The main research direction of this paper is to change the shape of the heat exchanger without changing the size of the existing heat exchanger,without increasing the cost of the heat exchanger.The research content of this paper mainly consists of the following parts:(1)This paper analyzes the current situation of heat exchanger optimization at home and abroad,collects the structural parameters of the heat exchanger,and puts forward the optimization direction of heat exchanger.(2)Use the method of the heat exchange between refrigerant side,fin side and air side are equal,establish a balance equation,use the balance equation to establish the theoretical model to calculate the capacity of the heat-exchanger.(3)Use the heat transfer calculation model,calculate the capacity of the three type of the heat-exchanger,the heat-exchanger before optimize,reduce the diameter of the windward row tube,reduce the diameter of the leeward row tube,to get the way to improve the capacity of the heat-exchanger.(4)After getting the direction to improve the capacity of the heat-exchanger,calculate the capacity of the heat-exchanger before and after optimize under variable working conditions,such as variable wind speed,variable dry bulb temperature,variable wet bulb temperature and variable condensation temperature,and compare the capacity of the heat-exchanger before and after optimize,evaluate the feasibility the direction to improve the capacity of the heat-exchanger.(5)Use the heat-exchanger capacity test bench,measure the capacity of the heat-exchanger before and after optimize.(6)Compare the calculated results with the test results,evaluate the feasibility of the heat exchanger optimization scheme...
