Research On Data Conversion Method For Eccentric Member Of Structural Analysis Model

The XML-based Structure General Format(SGF)had been built in the early stage to carry out basic model data conversion among different structural models.However,in the building structure eccentric member of beams and column is ubiquitous.At present the conversion of complex eccentrically components was not achieved in most existing platforms which caused negative influence to the results of complex structural analysis,and also the lost of eccentric settings is not conducive to the comprehensive for structure model and other professional model.By studying how to set eccentric members in SAP2000,ETABS and MIDAS,this research analyzed the eccentric data structures from these software applications,and summarized the data expression of eccentric structural members.Moreover,the mapping relationship between SGF and eccentric data was established,and then an eccentric structure analytical model conversion algorithm was proposed to implement the transformation of eccentric components of structure models.Finally the concersion algorithm and influence of eccentric member to structure analysis was validated through several cases of model conversion for typical framework with eccentric members.
