The continuous increase of urbanization rate in China has led to the continuous accumulation of urban population around the city.The expansion of urban scale will inevitably cause certain damage to the ecological environment.How to deal with the harmonious relationship between urban construction and ecological environment is the main problem of urban development..The concept of “green” has become the theme of current urban development,and the proposal of green infrastructure not only conforms to the “green” development concept,but also solves the basic functional problems of the city,especially in the loess plateau of eastern Hebei,which is seriously fragile and urban land.Rare areas.In the process of urban construction,unreasonable urban scale expansion and land development will aggravate the deterioration of the ecological environment.Therefore,for the small-scale cities in the Jidong River valley where the ecological environment is relatively fragile,construct a green foundation to adapt to the sustainable development of its urban ecology.It is imperative for the facility system to propose a corresponding planning strategy based on this system.By combing the theory and practice of green infrastructure planning in related fields at home and abroad,this paper determines the construction of green infrastructure system in the small-scale cities of the East China River Valley with green infrastructure elements as the main body,and carries out the green foundation of the small-scale cities in the eastern part of the valley.A systematic correspondence of facility planning strategies is proposed.Using the field research method to collect and collate relevant data,analyze the current situation of green infrastructure construction in the small-scale cities of the eastern Hebei from the perspectives of spatial distribution,material composition and functional classification of green infrastructure,and study the relationship between green infrastructure elements and small urban construction.The coupling and coordination relationship found that the main problems in the spatial distribution of the green infrastructure of the small rivers in the Jidong River valley include the scattered distribution of point elements,the lack of linear elements and the serious damage of the planar elements.The main problems in material composition include The single factor material type and the factor material volume are seriously insufficient.The main problems in functional classification include lack of functional elements and slow update of elements and lack of functionality.Aiming at the main problems of the current situation of green infrastructure in the small-scale cities of the eastern Hebei,the green infrastructure elements are integrated from different space,different materials and different functions,and the green infrastructure system of the small-scale cities in the east of the valley is initially constructed.This is the theoretical basis,and proposes a planning strategy for adapting to the green infrastructure of small cities in the eastern part of the valley.The main contents include the following three aspects: adding various types of green infrastructure elements with different functions at the point-like space level,and the elements constitute community living.Green space,outdoor sports venues,artificial green dot elements,etc.;various types of green infrastructure elements with different functions are added to the online space level.The elements consist of natural green corridors,ecological engineering corridors,green traffic corridors,and corridors along the river.The belt-shaped waterscape park,etc.;repairs and expands various types of green infrastructure elements with different functions at the surface level.The elements consist of parks,gardens,ecological natural green spaces,natural ecological green areas around the city,and urban open spaces.The selection,qualitative and quantitative empirical application of the green infrastructure planning strategy in the typical Jidong River-type small city ring county is selected to verify the rationality of the green infrastructure planning strategy of the small-scale rivers in the eastern part of the valley,and to improve the well-established Jidong River valley type.Urban green infrastructure system.
