In recent years, with the acceleration of Chinese urbanization process and the continuous expansion of urban scale and function, the dynamic migration structure of urban population has become extremely complex. In cities, natural disasters, such as drought, flood, fog and so on,and man-made disasters, such as fire, traffic accidents and industrial accidents and the like, are more and more frequent. As the most active and motility in cities, human beings are both the source and carrier of disasters,so urban disasters and urban population are closely linked.Specifically, when disasters occur in regions with high population concentration, the degree of harm caused by disasters is greater.Similarly, the incidence of disasters in densely populated areas will increase. Therefore,it is of great scientific value and practical significance to analyze human activities, that is,to analyze the spatio-temporal dynamic distribution characteristics of population, for the early warning of urban disasters.Firstly, three methods for analyzing the spatio-temporal dynamic characteristics of population(namely, two methods based on mobile terminals and the building attractiveness method)are introduced, and the building attractiveness method is simulated and calculated to verify that the building attractiveness method can effectively estimate the urban dynamic population distribution characteristics.Secondly, the spatial and temporal dynamic distribution characteristics of population are combined with the urban disaster warning system.By analyzing the dynamic distribution characteristics of urban population in time and space, disaster monitoring and early warning are carried out for the densely populated areas. This kind of targeted early warning method is conducive to the collection and feedback of early warning information,so as to improve the ability of early warning of urban disasters. In addition,by combining the spatio-temporal dynamic characteristics of population, the early-warning index system and model of urban disaster are established, the early-warning system framework is constructed, and the early-warning process of urban disaster is formed to provide the basis for early-warning decision-making.Finally,taking Shanghai as an example, the index system and model of urban disaster early warning based on the spatio-temporal dynamic distribution characteristics of population are verified to prove the applicability of the index system and model.Combined with the early warning system, this paper analyzes the stampede incident in Shanghai, and puts forward the correct early warning process and countermeasures,so as to reflect the importance of the spatio-temporal dynamic characteristics of population on the early warning of urban disasters. As a product of human settlement, cities contain a large number of human activities, which are inseparable from urban disasters. Therefore,by studying the regular of urban human activities, the spatio-temporal dynamic distribution characteristics of urban population are analyzed,so as to provide a basis for urban disaster warning and decisionmaking.Figure 17,Table 27,Reference 75.
