Biogas slurry is one of the water-fertilizer procducts in agriculture,which is a by-product of biogas fermentation.Biogas slurry plays an important role in agriculture because of its great development potentiasl.With the growth of Chinese aquaculture industry,a large number of animal waste from pig farms and chicken farms can't be used in agriculture because of the overuse of chemical fertilizers.Most large and medium-sized farms ferment biogas with animal manure for value-added production.Biogas slurry is also produced as a by-product of biogas fermentation.At present,domestic research on biogas slurry mainly focuses on the use in agriculture.Compared with foreign research,there are still some deficiencies in the research of the composition and content of biogas slurry.The composition and content of biogas slurry were studied in this paper,and the HPLC fingerprint was also worked out.In the first part,it summarizes the research status of biogas slurry components at home and abroad and the biological activity of some components.At the same time,the application of biogas slurry in agriculture is also summarized.However,the reseach of biogas slurry is focused on its application in agricu lture at present.There is a little reseach on the composition of biogas slurry.In the second part,the components of biogas slurry are studied with the technology of separation of components and NMR.Eighteen constituents were separated and identified by column chromatography.Ten of them were separated and identified by NMR.Nine of them have a certain promoting effect on plant growth.They were V-B1,oxytetracycline,gibberellin,chlortetracycline,6-benz ylaminopurine,8-hydroxy-3,4-dihydroquinoline-2-one and 3,4-dihydroquinoline-2-one,indole acetic acid and zeatin.The third part reseached the testing conditions of HPLC and fingerprint and and worked out HPLC fingerprints.The results showed optimum detection conditions for HOLC.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water elution.The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 210 nm.The column temperature was 35?.The injection volume was 10 uL.The fingerprints were V-B1,oxytetracycline,gibberellin,chlortetracycline,6-benzylaminopurine,indole acetic acid and zeatin.In the fourth part,The content of the six active ingredients in the biogas slurry was determined by HPLC.The results showed that the content of indole acetic acid was the highest in both kinds of biogas slurry,which contributed to the growth of plants greatly.The content of oxytetracycline and aureomycin in biogas slurry was higher than other components.The content of 3,4-dih ydroquinoline-2-one in plant nutrient solution is also high.The contents of aureo mycin and oxytetracycline in biogas slurry was lost partly in the process of concentrating of biogas slurry.The fifth part reseached the content of chlortetracycline and oxytetracycline in chicken excrement and feed with the method of Chinese standard.It reseached the subtraction process of antibiotic in excreta and feed before the fermentation of biogas slurry.It founded that chlortetracycline and oxytetracycline in biogas slurry mainly comed from excreta of chicken.Chlortetracycline and oxytetracyclinechicken was decreased effectively with 37?.It reseached the method of effective component separation of biogas slurry,worked out HPLC fingerprints,detected the content of component and reseached the degradation rates of chlortetracycline and oxytetracycline in 37?.All these works provide a method for the reseached of biogas slurry.
