Diesel engine is a kind of power machinery and equipment with complex structure.As the main power,it is often used in ships,large automobiles and emergency equipment,and its operation state is directly related to the stability of the whole system.Accompanied by the rapid development of the digital circuits and computers,the development of the diesel engine equipment fault early warning system is promoted.Diesel engine fault early warning system is based on the state information measured by diesel engine equipment in operation,which is that through the analysis of the state information,the state of mechanical equipment can be judged.By taking the diesel engine fault early warning system as the research object,this paper studies the fault feature extraction and fault warning based on vibration signal and lubricating oil parameters.The main research contents are: Firstly,the vibration characteristics of the cylinder head are studied by analyzing the vibration signals on the cylinder head surface,and the excitation sources on the cylinder head surface are analyzed.It is shown that the vibration signals on the cylinder head can represent the working state of the diesel engine,and the time domain and frequency domain characteristics of the vibration signals are analyzed;The signal is denoised by block threshold denoising of dual-tree complex wavelet packet.After extracting the characteristic parameters of the original signal after noise reduction by dual-tree complex wavelet packet transform,the extracted characteristic parameters are brought into the RBF neural network for training,and the state of the diesel engine is identified,which verifies the feasibility of the application of RBF neural network in diesel engine fault early warning;Lubricating oil of diesel engine can lubricate internal parts of diesel engine,reduce mechanical friction and take away wear particles on mechanical surface.Trend analysis method of ferromagnetic particles concentration and moisture content in lubricating oil can be used to warn diesel engine failure.The research achievements of this paper have been applied in the actual equipment.The actual operation results show that the research system has had the function of fault early warning,which has important reference significance for the diesel engine fault early warning.
