In view of the present situation and technical deficiency of the existing marine air conditioning system in the cold,hot and complicated harsh environment,this paper presents a new marine air conditioning system of whole sea areas,in which the sea-water source heat pump is the main body of the new type marine air conditioning system.Based on the main engine waste heat and deep low temperature sea water,variable air volume,variable water quantity and compressor frequency conversion technology are introduced to realize multi-mode refrigeration and heating operation in different marine environment,and based on the selected routes and ship types,select the Malacca Strait and Tromso sea area to calculate the maximum cooling and heating load of the cabin.According to the maximum load value of the cabin,the calculation and selection of the marine air conditioning system composition equipment in the whole sea area are carried out.With R134a as refrigerant,a new theoretical analysis model of marine air conditioning system was set up,and the refrigerant physical property inquiry software Refprop was used to carry out the theoretical analysis of variable evaporation and condensation conditions of the system.The relationship of compressor discharge temperature,heating capacity,cooling capacity,compressor power,COP and EER with evaporation temperature and condensing temperature is obtained.It is pointed out that reducing the temperature difference between evaporation and condensation is an important measure to optimize the system and improve the energy efficiency of the system,while the proposed new marine air conditioning system satisfies the application of the whole sea areas.In order to further verify the all sea areas universality and high efficiency stability of the new marine air conditioning system of whole sea areas,the high efficiency,intelligence and multi function refrigeration system is used as the experimental test platform.The system synthesizes the operation regulation of variable load,variable working condition,variable water quantity and compressor frequency conversion.Simulation of cooling water temperature and flow changes in the system caused by variable condensing conditions(t_o=5.2?,t_k=17.5,20.5,23.2,26.2,29.2,31.1?),frequency conversion(30,35,40,45,50Hz)operation experiments,The change of frozen water temperature and flow rate caused the system to change evaporation condition(t_o=5.35,5.93,6.52,7.20?,t_k=30.2?),frequency conversion(40,50Hz)operation experiment test,simulate the fixed condition(t_o=6.5?,.t_k=26.53?),frequency conversion(30,35,40,45,50Hz)run the experimental test.The experimental results show that the cooling capacity and EER of the system decrease with the increase of condensing temperature,and the power of compressor increases with the increase of condensing temperature,and the EER is between 4.19 and7.72.The heating capacity and COP of the system increase with the increase of evaporation temperature.The compressor power decreases with the increase of evaporation temperature,and the COP is between 6.03 and 7.07.The heating capacity,cooling capacity and compressor power of the system increase with the increase of the compressor frequency,while the COP and EER decrease with the increase of the compressor frequency,and the COP is between 6.34 and 7.20.It is proved that the method proposed in this paper.It is feasible to realize the whole ocean area application of the new marine air conditioning system.Compared with the existing marine air conditioning system,the EER experimental value of variable load,variable working condition,variable water quantity and variable frequency operation of the system is as high as 7.The new marine air conditioning system proposed and studied in this paper has the technical advantages of high efficiency,energy saving,stability and reliability.Changing the temperature and flow rate of the frozen water and cooling water affects the evaporation and condensation temperature of the system,and the direction of decreasing the circulating temperature difference of the system should be carried out,to improve the energy efficiency of the system.
