Abstract/Summary:
This paper focuses on the solution for scheduling in the mold manufacturing process.Mold has the characteristics of single production,multi-species,discrete production.The structure of mold is complex,and the process constraints are quit complicated.The scheduling of mold production is tough,which should balance the cost,time,quality and resources.The scheduling involves the entire business process,and any sectors has a marked impact on the scheduling.The enterprise should balance all aspects.In this paper,just in time(JIT)is used as the guiding theory of the algorithm for designing the scheduling model.JIT is a mode of production.By replacing concept of trapped village with time,this theory is very suitable for mold production scheduling solution.Aiming to ease the delay in business orders,this paper proposes a scheduling model to solve the scheduling problem in mold manufacturing process.The main contents of this paper are given as follows:1、Establishing a model of mold business.In this paper,the business process of mold production is analyzed and modeled.The resource and model of mold production are given.At the same time,through analyzing the model,the key factors that affect the scheduling are found out.2、Proposing a scheduling model based on JIT.Based on the scheduling objectives of enterprises,a scheduling model based on JIT is proposed.The scheduling model abstracts the business process,and integrates the scheduling problem of the business linked with the job shop scheduling problem,and finally solves the scheduling problems by solving the JSSP.Through this strategy,the resulting scheduling covers the entire business process of mold production,and gives a feasible solution to the scheduling problem.At the same time,the scheduling model improves the performance of the scheduling model by integrating multiple scheduling strategies,which includes priority of part,high degree of completion first,inverting on the equipment,the load balancing of equipment and the balance of task delivery.3、Designing and optimize the scheduling algorithm.Aiming at the characteristics of many kinds of resources and large floating production time in the mold production,the production data of a mold enterprise is used as the test data when the algorithm is designed,and the data if used to adjust and optimize the algorithm.Through the adjustment of the algorithm,the scheduling results from the overall sense more consistent with the enterprise scheduling objectives,to meet the needs of enterprises.4、Scheduling system construction and validation.According to the specific scheduling problem of an enterprise,a dispatching system is designed and implemented based on the scheduling model proposed in this paper.The system passed the test of enterprise production data,and realized and verified the proposed scheduling model of this paper.The system put into use in the enterprise.In this paper,a scheduling model is proposed,and a scheduling system is implemented to provide a feasible solution for the scheduling problem of mold enterprises.
