Vibration caused by the operation of machines is the main source of vibration in boat,which make a great influence in environment and harshness.Vibration isolation system can decrease the translation of vibration to reduce the vibration level and improve the dynamic performance of ship,which was widely used in the vibration and noise reduction.There are two main challenge in the design of vibration isolation system: How to improve the accuracy and efficiency in the dynamic calculate,how to realize the optimize in dynamic performance of the vibration isolation system.The paper is under the support of project from CSIC “Design of Vibration Isolation System for Water-Cooled Chillers”.Specific contents and results are as follows:First of all,modelling for vibration isolation system of water-cooled chillers by FRF-based sub structuring method.During the modelling process,the paper expand the sub-structuring method in the condition of the elastic character of the mount and multi-coupled of the system.The improved method can reduce the amount of iteration and matrix operation.The accuracy of the method was demonstrate by the design of numerical model.By the application of the method in the modelling of system,we can improve efficiency and accuracy of the dynamic character calculation of whole system.Considering the deviation in the calculation caused by the bolt connection between sub-structures,the paper make a detail research in the dynamic character influence by bolt connection by designing bolt connection frequency response function test.The result of the test show that vibration character of assemble would change with the change of preforce of bolt connection.As for such character of bolt connation,the paper promote a continuum assumption for bolt connection.In the base of assume and the theory of FRF-based substructure method,the paper make the identification of dynamic character for bolt connection,which was validated by the numerical and testing model.To guarantee the accuracy of calculation,the paper apply the improved method to the modeling of system.At the base of modeling for vibration isolation system of water-cooling system,the paper carry on the optimize for the system in GA method.In the process of optimize,the paper set the transmute force as target to find the optimal combination of the stiffness for all kinds of dampers.To validate the reasonable of optimize result,the paper calculate the tendency of character changing with the change of different damper stiffness.Finally,the paper apply the FRF-based sub structuring method to the development of the fast calculation system for hybrid modeling,which can be used for the estimation and isolation system designing of the multi-party system.
