With the increase of human space activities,the amount of space debris is also increasing at an alarming rate.Seemingly small space debris can have devastating effects on spacecraft.At the same time,due to the slow natural decay of space debris and the "Kessler Syndrome" between existing space debris,the orbital resources may be unable to be used eventually.Therefore,in order to improve the space environment,humans must take the initiative to remove space debris as soon as possible.However,there are no mature means for space debris removal at present.Based on this consideration,we propose an method of efficient and repeatable penetrating flying anchor system to capture space debris,and carries out relevant theoretical research,structural design and experimental verification in this paper.Firstly,based on cavity expansion theory and unified strength theory,the theoretical model of flying-anchor penetrating target plate was established,and the expression of the resistance suffered by flying-anchor penetrating target plate was derived,which provided theoretical support for the structural design of the flying-anchor system.Then,the model and ANSYS WORKBENCH software were used to analyze the process of flying anchor penetrating the target plate,and the penetration ability of three common types of flying anchors(tapered head,oval head and hemispherical head)was compared.At the same time,the theoretical model of flying anchor penetrating into multi-layer target plate and oblique target plate is established and simulated.And the anchorage theory of the flying anchor system was briefly analyzed.Secondly,the structure design of the floating anchor body of the repeatable penetration flying anchor system and the corresponding structure design of the repeatable launch recovery device are carried out.As for the anchor body structure,a repeatable telescopic structure is designed.Through this mechanism,the anchor can successfully complete the task of connecting and separating from the target space debris,preparing for the subsequent task of dragging and clearing the target debris.At the same time,the anchorage force of the attached structure part of the anchor body is analyzed and simulated.Then according to the repeatability of the characteristics of the corresponding launch recovery device structure design,and make it can repeat the completion of the anchor launch and recovery work.Aiming at the characteristics of fast launching speed and large acting force,the design of limit mechanism before launching anchor is carried out.At the same time,ANSYS WORKBENCH software is used to simulate and analyze the designed flying anchor body structure and launch recovery device structure respectively.Finally,the design and construction of the ground experimental platform were carried out,and the experimental verification of the designed flying anchor system was carried out,including the repeatable extension experiment of flying anchor body,a series of experiments of flying anchor penetrating target plate(vertical penetration/oblique penetration/multi-layer penetration),and the experiment of launching and recycling part of the device structure.
