In recent years,the prevalence of heart failure has been increasing.Heart transplantation is the best way to treat heart failure,but the shortage of donors restricts heart transplantation.Ventricular assist device is an effective method to solve the problem of heart failure.Ventricular assist devices need to be tested in animals and humans,and the development cycle of equipment is long.In order to speed up the development iteration,an environment similar to human blood system needs to be established to test and improve ventricular assist devices.The main research work of this paper:Based on the physiological knowledge of human blood circulation system,according to the characteristics of each component of human blood circulation system,the appropriate physical model is selected to establish a blood circulation simulation model.The volume control and contractile force control were compared in terms of control mode,and the two control conditions were simulated respectively by changing the before and after load,aortic valve,atrioventricular valve and other conditions in the simulation.Select appropriate control methods and improve them.Change parameters in the simulation model for simulation,and compare with the results of changes in human physiological parameters.By comparison,the results of simulation and human parameter changes show the same trend,which verifies the reliability of the simulation system to simulate human blood circulation system.In the simulation,the parameters are changed to simulate the pathological condition of human body,and the results are compared with the pathological condition of human body,and the simulation results show the same trend as the human body.The VAD model was introduced into the simulation system and tested under different pathological conditions.VAD has a significant effect on increasing aortic pressure and systemic circulation flow.According to the simulation model,a human body in vitro simulated circulation test bench was built,and the model of ventricular sac was made of silicone material with elastic effect.After changing the parameters of the test bed,the experimental results were compared with the simulation and actual human body,and the results were consistent with the trend.The experimental results showed that the simulated circulation system in vitro could provide a fluid environment similar to human body,and could be used to test ventricular assist devices.
