The lack of energy consumption per capita is a major strategic issue facing China’s social and economic development. In order to improve this problem,China has made remarkable work in terms of architecture, transportation, industry and social life. With the rapid development of the economy and the accelerating process of urbanization, the number of buildings in China has increased year by year. The number of new construction projects in China’s construction in 2014-2016 is 41.3,48.6,and 617,000 respectively. The number of newly started projects in each year is about 60.Ten thousand.Among them, office buildings are the main body of energy consumption and energy conservation in China. The huge difference in energy consumption of office buildings,in addition to the building structure and materials of the building itself,is closely related to the use of equipment in the building and the behavior of people. This study firstly uses the complex adaptive system and multi-agent modeling method as the research theory, and explores the factors affecting the energy consumption of office buildings, such as the energy consumption components in the office building, the user’s use characteristics and the energy consumption of the air-conditioning system.Based on the energy behavior simulation framework of office building energy consumption, and based on this, using AnyLogic as a tool, the model framework is computerized, the feasibility verification of its applicability and the energy consumption optimization strategy effect test are proved. The purpose of this study is to create a versatile simulation model that reproduces the dynamic interaction between users and buildings, providing an experimental basis for optimizing the energy consumption of office buildings and quantitatively analyzing the impact of user behavior on energy consumption. In view of the energy consumption of office buildings, this study starts with the components of energy consumption of office buildings, analyzes and reasonably reflects and completely depicts the complex connections between the constituent elements, and quantifies the characteristics of users from both personal movement and personal actions. The description,so as to ensure the simulation and calculation of the dynamic interaction between the user and the office building, and summarizes the characteristics and difficulties of modeling the energy consumption of the office building in the subsequent research, and provides a theoretical basis for the construction of the simulation model framework. After that, this study introduces complex systems and multi-agent modeling methods.Through the in-depth study of the actual system of energy consumption in office buildings, based on the user’s energy behavior, the simulation model of office building energy consumption is established.Through the modeling of the behavioral rules and dynamic processes of the micro-subjects in the energy-consuming system, such as users and electrical equipment, the dynamic interaction process between users and other subjects is described in detail to the impact of office building energy consumption. Finally, using AnyLogic simulation tool, the model is implemented by computer.According to the typical scenario, the system state variables and parameter mapping scheme of the simulation environment are designed.By reappearing the specific energy consumption examples, the rationality and effectiveness of the model are proved.Typical scenarios identify significant influencing factors, eliminate random effects, and design a series of strategic simulation experiments with energy optimization for the purpose of demonstrating the impact of lighting management strategies, user interaction models, and incentives for energy efficiency on office buildings. The preliminary research results show that the multi-agent modeling method can be used to establish the simulation model of the office building energy consumption system from the microscopic perspective, and provide a scientific experiment for the energy consumption management of office buildings. After a series of strategic simulation experiments, not only It is confirmed that the user’s energy use behavior is also the main influencing factor of energy consumption, affirming the important influence of human behavior on energy consumption, and also discovering the impact of management strategy, user interaction and energy-saving incentive policies on office building energy consumption.
