With the successful first flight of domestic large aircraft,it marks the period of rapid development of China’s civil aviation industry.However,as the arresting net of cargo compartment safety equipment of civil aircraft,domestic research on its strength design and verification is less,mainly relying on foreign products,so it is particularly important to study the arresting net of cargo compartment of civil aircraft.In recent years,the finite element numerical analysis method is more and more widely used in aircraft performance analysis.Therefore,five different types of the arresting nets are designed according to the cargo structure of a certain type of aircraft,and the finite element simulation technology is used to analyze the mechanical properties,so as to optimize the structure of arresting net and provide technical support for arresting net airworthiness certification.Based on the in-depth study of the domestic and international arresting net structure,designing,analyzing and verifying the arresting network in the cargo compartment of a certain type of aircraft are studied in this paper.The main research content is as follows: 1.Refer to the relevant design documents,design five different structure types of the arresting net,and test and simulate the materials and weaving methods of the arresting net to select the optimal solution;2.Studying the airworthiness regulations,and sorting out the certification related to the structural strength of the arresting net.Meanwhile,the compliance verification method is introduced and explained.3.The nonlinear finite element analysis method is studied,and the nonlinear problems involved in the research of the arresting net are summarized.4.Analyze and compare the effects of uniform loading,concentrated load and combined load on the simulation results of the arresting net,finally select the uniform loading mode,and use the laboratory test to verify the structure of the arresting net;5.Deriving the dynamic equations in the process of blocking the impact of the network,and researching the dynamic analysis of the arresting net,focusing on the impact of the design factors such as the impact position of the cargo and the initial state of the arresting net on the blocking performance of the arresting net.Mainly consider the deformation of the arresting net,the kinetic energy of the cargo and the force of the connection point of the arresting net. |
