| With the development of electro-thermal de-icing technology for helicopter rotor blades,researches on electro-thermal de-icing have been actively carried out at home and abroad.In general,the research work of electric heat prevention and deicing system in China is highly targeted,mainly to solve the plane problems encountered in the process of design and application of model,but in the field of experimental research is very weak,especially the electric heating component in the environment of high frequency vibration of helicopter rotor fatigue life and reliability of composite thermal load conditions,and the corresponding test methods lack of system research.According to the corresponding requirements,this paper designed a set of ground test system and explored the test method,mainly doing the following work:(1)After the hardware of the system has been designed,the selection of each hardware module of the heating control system and the vibration test system were selected,according to the test requirements,fixture was designed properly.(2)Being combined with the multi-layer heat transfer theory,Ansys was used to conduct the simulation calculation of the electric heating module,and the influence of the electric heating mode,heat generation rate,heating time and cooling time on the heat transfer characteristics of the rotor blade was analyzed,so as to determine the main control parameters of the heating and temperature control system.Then the actual working condition of helicopter rotor blade was analyzed,resonance method was selected for vibration test,and a reasonable working condition simulation scheme was determined by simulation calculation.(3)The main parameters of the heating and temperature control system obtained from simulation calculation were used to design the local and remote control system software of the heating and temperature control system.(4)The simulation calculation of the electric heating component was verified by experiment,the simulation results were consistent with the results of experiment,and verify the reliability of the test system and fixture.(5)To explore the regulation rules of temperature and surface strain of electric heating components,so as to provide help for the fatigue life test of electric heating components. |
