In recent years,with the development of nuclear detection and image reconstruction technology,positron emission tomography has been tried to be applied in the field of industrial detection.As the core device of PET technology,?-photon detector has quite importance in research.Because the traditional medical detector has fixed aperture and transverse field of view,and its cost is high,which can not fully meet the needs of industrial objects.It is necessary to adjust the structure of the detector,sensor layout and acquisition mode accordingly,and change the structure from the original uniform and fixed structure to the special detector structure.Aiming at the local area detection requirements of some industrial devices such as cavity castings and pump pipes,and considering the shortcomings of existing detector structures,two sensor layout modes are proposed to realize large detection aperture and small transverse field of view.And the completeness of reconstructed data is optimized by rotating acquisition mode.Through the mainstream Monte Carlo simulation platform for dynamic simulation and comparison of counting performance under different layouts,the advantages and disadvantages of the two layouts are analyzed.In addition,the data comparison experiment between aluminium alloy pipeline and biological tissue is also considered,which verifies the feasibility of the application of PET technology in metal material detection.Then the rotating scanning system is designed,including the rotating frame and the acquisition and control software.The rotating rack can be easily integrated with sensor array layout.The acquisition and control software combines the rack hardware with sensor layout to ensure the visualization and automation of the rotating acquisition process.Finally,by the image reconstruction experiments under simulation,we preliminarily confirm the imaging ability of the sensor with uniform layout,and give the approximate proportional relationship between the detection aperture and the transverse field of view.Based on simulation and functional testing of the device,a rotating detection device for local imaging of industrial parts is established,which can detect the key parts of some larger component.And the array layout can be separated from the rack.By collecting and controlling host monitor,the parameters can be set conveniently according to the array layout and the acquisition process can be controled.The device can also improve the flexibility of the ?-photon detection device in industrial application,greatly reduce the cost of equipment,and realize the detection of region of interest at the level of data acquisition.
