In order to attenuate the vibration of the main system and avoid resonance,a new type of cantilever absorber with tunable stiffness driven by piezoelectric material is designed,which is based on the principle that the natural frequency of the cantilever beam varies under different axial force.The vibration absorption effect of the absorber is simulated by finite element method.The control methods of the progressive optimization algorithm and the genetic algorithm are also studied.Finally,the dynamic performance of the vibration absorber is further evaluated installed on wind tunnel aerodynamic models.The results show that the absorber performs well,which can attenuate vibration well in a wide frequency range,and the highest damping effect reaches more than 40.0dB,has a better kinetic performance than other types of vibration controllers.In view of the shortcomings of the designed vibration absorber,the parameter optimization design of the vibration absorber is carried out based on the original design.And the influence of the deformation material of the vibration absorber on the variable frequency range is discussed based on the experimental results.Then the second generation cantilever stiffness self-tuned absorber for pipeline vibration control is designed,and the variable frequency range of absorber is significantly improved by the ways of changing the cross-sectional dimensions of the vibration absorber,the length and contact of the flexible beam.The variable frequency range of the absorber is up to 5.7 Hz,which is significantly higher than the range of 1.2 Hz of the first generation absorber.Finally,the designed dynamic vibration absorber was installed in the ship hydraulic pipeline for vibration suppression test.The final experiment shows that the cantilever stiffness self-tuned vibration absorber achieves good vibration damping effect in pipeline vibration suppression,and has stability performance.The vibration suppression effect reaches more than 15 dB,which verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of such vibration absorber in pipeline vibration suppression.
