In recent surveys and research,urban traffic congestion occurs at intersections.With the development of communication technology and high-precision positioning technologies,vehicle information collection and traffic guidance based on V2X(Vehicleto-Everything)communications and high-precision positioning are currently promising approaches to solve traffic congestion problems.The dissertation is based on the national science and technology major special project(2018ZX03001023-006)"The Research and the Scale Testing of 5G Product",the Chongqing Science and Technology Commission innovation special project(cstc2015zdcy-ztzx40001)"The Research and Application of the Big Data Platform for V2 X and the Key Technology of the OBU",and other scientific research topics.With V2 X communications and high-precision positioning technologies,the method of vehicles self-adaptive guidance at an urban intersection is studied to reduce the average delay time of the vehicles passing through intersections,and to improve the efficiency of the traffic.The key contents of the dissertation are reflected in the following three aspects: the lane-level vehicle statistics method based on V2 X communications and high-precision positioning technologies;the adaptive two-stage control method based on vehicle statistics and the signal system of an intersection,the adaptive speed-guidance method for floating vehicles.(1)Considering the inaccuracy of traditional vehicle statistics,the paper designs that OBU obtains the precise coordinates and heading angle of the vehicle.Without the existing commercial lane-level map,this dissertation designs a road identification method,a specific lane identification approach,and a lane-level vehicle statistics method.Where the vehicle statistics method can achieve various traffic studies.(2)For the contradiction between the real-time signal timing and the overall coordination signal timing,a two-stage control method for the signal of an intersection is proposed in this dissertation using the Multi-access Edge Computing(MEC)server and the Roadside Unit(RSU).The method is based on the lane-level vehicle statistics with the cooperative game theory.(3)With the lack of the macro-control of the lane traffic flowing,the traditional vehicle speed guidance model exists the problem that the efficiency of traffic is low.This dissertation studies how to dynamically set the maximum speed limit of the lane with the RSU,how to dynamically set the minimum recommended speed of the vehicle in the lane before the next green time,and how to dynamically adjust the recommended speed according to the real-time distance between the vehicle and the intersection and the realtime phase of the traffic light.Finally,according to the different experimental contents,the simulation testing scene and the motion state of the traffic are set in the hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform of the V2 X communications.With lots of actual tests,we verify the correctness of the methods proposed in the dissertation.
