The Design And Implementation Of A Transport Vehicle Impact Logger

Impact recorder(Impact Logger)is mainly used for monitoring and recording the impact of monitored objects in process of movement.Through the analysis and research on the impact record of monitored objects preserved by impact recorder in the process of the whole movement,to objectively reflecting the movement of the monitored objects,to help people avoid,optimization,design,and predict the future movement and direction of the monitored objects.The traditional impact recorder is mainly mechanical and record data by paper,since the more and more widely use of impact recorder in modern society,using environment and conditions are more and more strict,the traditional mechanical impact recorder recording by paper is increasingly unable to meet the long recording time and mass recording data.It is also inconvenient to import data into computer and make analyses.Therefore,with the single chip processor as the core and with large capacity storage as the storage medium of the electronical,digital recorder arises at the historic moment.This Paper discusses the research of a kind of electronic impact recorder using STMicroelectronics company Cortex-m3 kernel microprocessors as it's operating and processing core,using digital acceleration sensor as it's acceleration data acquisition device,using micro-SD card as storage and using TFT-LCD and resistive touch screen as it's human-computer interaction equipment.This design by means of the highperformance of Cortex-m3 kernel,can satisfy the requirement of large capacity data records and also have enough CPU performance to drive color LCD screen realization man-machine interaction,at the same time also can meet the requirements of standby and long-time running.This Thesis mainly carry out the following work:(1)according to certain data base and market demands analysis to establish impact recorder design requirements,and in view of the demand points for hardware device selection and to carry on the design of feasibility analysis and meet the sex analysis of demand points.(2)according to the selected hardware devices,to finish hardware circuit design for impact recorder.(3)according to the design requirements and the hardware circuit characteristic to build software framework and analyse each software funcition module.(4)in view of the key problems in the design of software,such as data acquisition,analysis,processing and storage algorithm and efficiency analysis and verification results is given.(5)test and verify impact recorder prototype,and summarize the results of the design and implementation of impact recorder.
