In recent years,along with the rapidly growing elevator market,the elevator related products have achieved good development too.At the same time,as an important elevator component,door controller,has passed through three states which aredriving synchronous motor,driving asynchronous motor and driving permanent magnet synchronous motor.The permanent magnet synchronous motor has more advantages,such as small size,high efficiency,high torque current ratio.So the major elevator manufacturers has paid more attention for it,and try to develop it.As a control product in industrial field,door controller,its software architecture of controller is the common practice for the front and back operating system.For the simple task processing,low real-time requirement,the controller can meet them.But for some higher real-time requirements and complex task processing control unit,such as the elevator special inverter,door controller,it will lead that the software task distribution is not convenient.The software engineers often depend on their personal experience and style to build the platform,which will inevitably lead to the inconvenient collaborative software development.Therefore,for these software engineers who have less development experience,they may build the unreasonable software architecture,task allocation,resulting in the unnecessary waste of CPU resources.The dissertaton takes the algorithms of driving permanent magnet synchronous motor’s door controller as keypoints to introduce,including the strategy of field orientation control,the speed close feedback and current close feedback control principle,the initial position detection of rotor,the auto-tuning method of motor parameters and the principle of pulse width modulation(PWM).Based on the theoretical research and analysis of algorithms,it concludes the algorithm model and software implementation method.Due to the embedded real-time operating systems,such as μC/OS,Free RTOS,Vxworks etc.,with less memory,compact code operation and high efficiency,are typical application platforms in real-time operating system.Hence,this dissertation adopts the μC/OS-II operating platform in order to research and analysize what’s the real-time operating system structure and how it works,and it will be transplanted into the door controller software.Through the research and application of software algorithms and real-time operating platform of the door controller,this dissertaton tries providing the basic software processing solutions of door controller,and verifying the basic effect of the scheme by the actual analysis,and providing the basic ideas for developing a new door controller.
