With the rapid development of the gas turbine digital control system,in recent years the design and development of the gas turbine simulation software has played a more and more important role in the field of gas turbine basic operation training,commissioning support and control system development.The control system function testing process is high risk,high cost and lack of maneuverability by using gas turbine directly.If control system function test is carried out by using the gas turbine simulation software,the test risk and cost can be greatly reduced and simplified test process.Meanwhile,according to the control characteristics of the gas turbine,the simulation software can be modified and configured with high flexibility and adaptability.Therefore,it is necessary to design a gas turbine simulation software to meet the requirements of control system function testing.On the basis of the study of Siemens V94.3A gas turbine control principle and technological characteristics,this paper studies gas turbine simulation modeling by the method of mechanism and experience and deeply studies the simulation modeling methods in the combustion control.On this basis of the study,simulation software is established.By the method of simulation software,the core control function and dynamic characteristic of gas turbine control system is tested.Compare with the operating data of gas turbine on site,the test result is the same.Design and development of the gas turbine simulation software lay the foundation of autonomous development of gas turbine control system and promote the localization process of the core technology of gas turbine.
