As China’s economic growth is slowing,the key development of power grid enterprise has gradually adjusted from investment to operation.Line-loss as the loss of power gird in transmission,distribution and sell,its quantity directly affect the profit of power grid enterprise.The importace is self-evident.On the basis of SGCC line-loss management model,this dissertation chooses Shanghai power gird as the research object,sets up a gateway model which meets techno-economic standard,perfects the quadric-partition model of line-loss and researches a rationality algorithm which fits theroetical line-loss algorithm.This model is able to improve the accuracy of macroscopic line-loss and to enhance the fineness of microcosmic line-loss.This dissertation relys on existing information platform such as PMS,uses topolpgy analysis as key algorithm,sets up a line-loss management system which generates the quadric-partition model automaticly.Energy data is collected by three acquisition system which has been mergered and opimtized.After being verified by bus balance fuction,the data can be used directly in line-loss calculation model.The result of quadric-partition line-loss which is calculated automaticly shows the hot spot of line-loss in Shanghai grid and provides reliable basis in technical and non-technical line-loss reduction.After carrying out fine management of line-loss,the level of line-loss management in Shanghai grid has made remarkable improvements which is proved by a decrease in line-loss rate by 0.11% in 2015.
