| Today’s society is facing the increasing depletion of oil resources,the greenhouse effect has become increasingly prominent,environmental pollution and other harsh reality.In order to save natural resources,reduce carbon emissions,reduce harmful gas emissions to the environment,such as automobile exhaust HC,Co,NOx,PM and other,various countries are using increasingly stringent emissions regulations,China is energy consuming countries,energy consumption per unit of GDP always hold high the forefront of the world,in order to reduce the unit energy consumption,improve the atmospheric environment,for various industries were put forward the requirements of energy efficiency,automobile enterprises also face the upgrade emissions regulations.In 2016 national-V emission regulation is implemented,while the fuel consumption standards and further upgrade,the implementation of energy-saving Huimin subsidies,and gradually improve the national third stage fuel consumption standards.Based on a 473 type of gasoline engine as the research object,the type of gasoline engine in the AVL standard indoor bench test,complete bench calibration work.This paper mainly studies the gasoline engine calibration on engine power performance,economic performance,the effect of discharge pulse spectrum.Analysis of calibration data and optimization calculation of torque control model of gasoline engine,with charge model,fuel injection and air-fuel ratio control,ignition control calibration is the main research content.The charge model is the basis of gasoline engine calibration,through adjust throttle angle to regulate the gasoline engine load,the exhaust valve is designed according to the time of opening and closing,the fresh gas into the gas cylinder intake,compression,expansion and exhaust combustion process in combustion in the inflation process includes not only the fresh air,and residual gas is introduced,charge model essence is the accurate calculation of the actual participation in fresh aeration combustion.The fuel injection is based on the charge model to calculate the fresh air volume control,injector opening and closing time,injection in accordance with the air-fuel ratio of fuel quantity setting,injector opening time has an effect on the combustion emissions and fuel consumption,the naturally aspirated gasoline engine,fuel atomization in the inlet,in order to reduce the residence time in the air inlet,and avoid the intake valve opening timing injector to injection in calibration,considering the injector closing time as close as possible intake valve timing.The gasoline engine ignition mode is ignited,the ignition timing of gasoline engine emissions and power output has an important influence on the ignition control including ignition coil charge Magnetic time,the basic ignition timing,knock control calibration.The magnetizing time restricts gasoline engine ignition energy.If the ignition energy is not enough,the ignition may occur failure,resulting in power output decline and excessive emissions.The basic ignition timing is gasoline engine can run to the ignition time,in the basic ignition timing ignition can make gasoline engine output to reach best.Knock control calibration up to protect the gasoline engine,the knock sensor signal to analyze to determine whether there is any occurrence of knocking,and through the delay time of ignition inhibiting detonation. |
