With the development of the city,the construction of underground rail lines becomes more and more important means to solve urban traffic congestion.As the main construction method,shield underground construction has some good advantages.But the shield construction process still have a certain impact on the surrounding environment,especially for the adjacent building or structure.Based on Qingyang Road-Xiyuan Road of Hefei Metro Line 2,this paper will do research by the method of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field measurement data analysis on the effect of shield construction on the adjacent shallow foundation and pile foundation building structure and perturbation control measures of shield construction process.The main contents and results are as follows:(1)For different risk sources during Shield Construction,using stratum structure method,three-dimensional finite element model to simulate the impact of a dynamic process of shield construction on the surrounding environment.The simulation results show that the geological conditions in Hefei region,within each risk segment shield using the general method of shield construction,surface subsidence general requirements are less than the limit;building foundation deformation and internal force meet the requirements of safe construction,bridge piles settlement and bridge pile internal force to meet security requirements.(2)The on-site monitoring data indicates that shield construction process,surface subsidence,building foundation deformation,bridge pile settlement and internal forces are to meet the construction requirements.The on sites monitoring values and numerical simulation have a good degree of fit value.This indicates that the number value simulation is reasonable with good reliability.(3)Perturbation Control method research.Combined with the reasonable simulation of shield construction in this paper,the perturbation controlling factors were simulated.This paper analyzes the effect of improving the grouting material and adjustment parameters of shield construction to reduce construction impacts.
