Aiming to enter the 21st century,the engineering design industry emerged in a lot of new characteristics analyzed in this paper.The new market environment for modern engineering design enterprise and scientific management of the new demands and challenges,companies must continue to strengthen its technological strength,while improving performance measurement index,improve the quality and efficiency of the design of the product.For engineering design enterprises,cost and efficiency embodied in the design work time.Revolves around the question of how science statistics artificial time,this paper showed related research.Electrical engineering as a common design professional,has a representative in the engineering profession,the prediction method can be extended to the design of the total man-hours of work to predict other design professionals to predict and the entire project.In this paper,instead of the traditional method of fixed working hours,new footing,with the scientific method for the electrical design of artificial time statistics were studied,the main contents and findings include:(1)This paper analyzes the use of fuzzy set design work on influencing factors were carefully screened to improve the efficiency and accuracy of research.With practical experience,good results were obtained.(2)High robustness using generalized regression neural network characteristics,design of project information more clearly for new projects are analyzed and compared.Only small error happens,predict function is powerful.(3)In this paper,a small sample,renovation and expansion project engineering poor information,the introduction of gray theory prediction predictive analysis.Case analysis shows that the method can be achieved relatively good prediction results,but want to limit the error within 10%,but also has a certain degree of difficulty.
