Due to the optical fiber communication system of smart substation,relay-hidden fauilures of smart substation are affected by the characteristics of secondary equipment in smart substation.This article classifies relay-hidden fauilures caused by malfunction of secondary equipment into two types,which are misconfiguration and misoperation of secondary equipment.Aiming at the two types of malfunction,this article conduct the following researches:1)Aiming at the lack of SCD verification technique.This article proposes a level-by-level SCD verification technique based on improved XML Schema.The analysis of examples proves that the SCD verification technique is effective and provides a method for the prevention and detection of relay hidden fauilures caused by static misconfiguration of secondary equipment in smart substation.2)After conducting security measures in a smart substation,it lacks the method of verifying the isolating state between equipment in reparing and in operating.Aiming at the problem above,this article provides a simulation method for isolating verification of security measures based on MATLAB/Simulink and a pervasive method for isolating verification based on connection matrix.The analysis of examples proves that isolating verification methods are effective and provides maintainers with a tool,which can confirm the isolating state between equipment in reparing and in operating.3)When conducting security measures in a smart substation,it lacks the method of verifying the operating safety of security measures.Aiming at the problem above,this article provides a simulation method for operaing verification of security measures based on Stateflow and a pervasive method for operating verification based on logic calculationg.The analysis of examples proves that operating verification methods are effective and provides operators with a tool,which can confirm the safety of security measures. |
