Research On Rebuilding Design Ofunused Township Mining Industry

With the rapid development of social economy,the urban economic structure and industrial structure of our country produce transformation,thus,the township economy and industrial structure develop and change accordingly.In this process,the traditional industrial production is no longer dominant in the industrial structure,and will no longer be the main source of economic growth,will gradually replace the post-industrial society,technology will occupy a dominant position in the township.In the modern economic development,township areas supported by mineral resources,With the transformation of industrial structure,the mining production area has fallen,resulting in a large number of idle and abandoned factory.At the same time,promoting the adjustment of mining structure,giving priority to the development of high-quality production capacity,and speeding up the abandonment of backward production capacity,the closing speed of mining factories in township areas is also accelerated,soon would not be accounted as the major element of economic growth.With the gradual expansion of the degree of township construction,the problems left over by industrial production need to be paid attention to.As the carrier of urban functional space bearing historical context and cultural memory and with great potential value,the transformation and reuse of waste industrial plant area will inevitably become the contradictory focus under the game of diversified interests.What kind of mode and path should be adopted should be combined with the needs and factors of different regions,which affects the efficiency of transformation implementation and the distribution of interests of all parties,and also determines the success or failure of the project with different emphasis on transformation objectives.Firstly,this paper makes a case study on the reuse of waste industrial plants,introduces the relevant theory and research status,and paves the way for further combing the reuse mode and implementation path.Through the comparative study ofdifferent transformation modes and realization paths,this paper sums up the applicable scope of different transformation modes,the ways in which different interest groups participate in the transformation activities and the problems arising therefrom.Combined with the analysis of the reconstruction case of the waste plant in Lichuan Town of Jincheng City,this paper verifies the research contents of the reconstruction mode and implementation path from the practice angle,and puts forward some ideas on how to solve the problems on the basis of the analysis conclusion of the case.Finally,the paper puts forward the strategy to solve the problem and forecasts the trend of reuse of waste plant in the future.
