With the rise of the road construction in China,the demand for asphalt concrete has increased,and the demand in high-grade roads is particularly obvious.As the mixing equipment for the production of asphalt concrete,its performance affects the quality and output of asphalt concrete.The most of the current mixing station is manual loading,and the manual loading has problems such as low loading efficiency,poor loading operation environment and heavy labor intensity of the staff.In order to improve the level of loading automation and intelligence of asphalt concrete in mixing station,this paper proposes the research of intelligent loading operation mode of asphalt concrete,and it also could provide a model basis for intelligent loading of asphalt concrete.First of all,this paper comprehensively analyzes the characteristics of asphalt concrete loading operation process in actual production,simulates the actual loading and unloading operation of the site,and the equipment and mechanism required for the test were determined,and the test devices of each part are introduced in detail.Secondly,industrial cameras are calibrated to obtain the car size and pile data in the actual test,and the relationship between the spatial plane coordinates and the pixel coordinates is determined.In order to obtain the loading material pile surface to approximate the material pile shape,the direct point and image processing methods are adopted for the edge point of the pile.The image processing uses the methods of homomorphic filtering,binarization and edge extraction to process the collected pile image.Then the edge points of the pile are used to fit the pile curve with the methods of the two intersecting straight lines,the quadratic polynomial curve,the sinusoidal curve and the gaussian curve.After comparison,the conical surface transformed by two intersecting straight lines is selected to approximate the shape of the pile.Then,in order to establish the loading pile model,the theoretical volume of the pile is calculated by the mathematical integral summation method,and the pile model is established for the specific compartment size: the volume and height of the pile meet the unitary quadratic relationship.The model was revised by experiment.Finally,in order to verify the feasibility of the established loading pile model,a loading test model of the height of the pile and the opening and closing time of the door,which is determined according to the relationship between the pile volume and the discharge flow rate and the opening and closing time of the material door,the discharge flow rate and the height of the pile;then design the loading test plan,determine the loading work flow and test steps,and the average flow rate of the material gate was determined through experiments;then the automatic loading test was carried out,and the test results show that the error of the opening and closing time of the material door is controlled within 2 seconds,which verifies the rationality of the model built by two different working conditions.
