At present,It mainly uses road inspection vehicles to detect road damage in China,howere the road surface two-dimensional information data collected by the road inspection vehicle.It is impossible to visually indicate the three-dimensional damage and to accurately detect the position of the road surface disease.The simulation results are difficult to meet the refined requirements of road quality assessment and maintenance maintenance management.With the rapid development of 3D modeling technology,visual reconstruction of 3D models has been widely used in virtual reality and other fields.The finer the 3D model,the more it can reflect the characteristics of the solid model.In order to truly restore the road surface disease condition and calculate the pavement damage feature value,it uses the road surface three-dimensional visual modeling technology in this article and mainly studies the following four aspects:(1)Reconstructing 3D Pavement by Using Quadrilateral Tree Irregular Triangle Grid Method.The 3d road surface grid model is generated by connecting the road surface elevation data with irregular triangular line.It can accurately describe the characteristics of the road surface model and truly simulate the terrain shape of the road surface.(2)A three-dimensional pavement dynamic reconstruction technology based on OpenGL is proposed.It not only implements the road scroll roaming,pavement,road surface angle of rotation and other functions but also presents a realistic three-dimensional road surface for the user.(3)Using the linear and nonlinear three-dimensional pavement dizzy hard-wired technology and use color gradation table RGB value layering corresponding to road elevation value for color rendering.It vividly and effectively reflect the overall road surface condition and local damage condition.(4)A fitting method based on the trinomial fitting datum technique is proposed to fit the elevation data of each cross section of the pavement.Then,the ideal reference datum forjudging pavement diseases is obtained.Based on the BFS connected domain labeling method,the eight-neighbor scan template is used to accurately mark the damaged area of the road surface.The marked area rectangle is fitted to calculate the damaged area and the detected damage area elevation point set is calculated by the tangent method to calculate the damage depth.A three-dimensional reconstruction based contour extraction micro-element accumulation method is proposed to calculate the damage volume.After the road model verification and on-site comparison test were carried out on the three-dimensional damage detection and eigenvalue calculation application system designed and implemented.The results show that the average error of the system for model testing and field calibration testing is 3%.The average recognition rate of damage is 98%.Comparing with the traditional 3D visualization reconstruction system,it has a good accuracy and practicability.It provides important technical support for the road maintenance department to further develop scientific and efficient maintenance programs,and also promotes the comprehensive development of road detection technology.
