Study On The Application Of Green Building Technology In Southern Fujian

In recent years,with the increasingly serious ecological damage and the increasingly scarce natural resources,people began to develop green building technology in the field of construction,and the corresponding green building evaluation standards are gradually improved.By analyzing the regional situation in southern Fujian and the building function of colleges and universities,this paper makes a typical case study on the application of green building technology in Quanzhou Institute of Technology,and evaluates the AHP-FCE composite energy of green building based on the case by mathematical method.The following issues are studied in this paper.Firstly,based on the technical measures of green building in the Evaluation Criteria of Green Buildings,this paper analyzes the influence of human,geographical and environmental factors in southern Fujian and the architectural functions of colleges and universities on the application of green building technology,and chooses Quanzhou Polytechnic Institute with the representative characteristics of southern Fujian to conduct a typical case study.This paper expounds in detail its measures in seven aspects,such as site selection,greening,land saving,water saving,energy saving,material saving and operation management.Secondly,in the green building evaluation system,the energy efficiency of buildings is the focus of green building evaluation.In this paper,the AHP-FCE composite evaluation model is established by the comprehensive analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE).Taking the administrative building of Quanzhou Institute of Technology as an example,the case-based AHP-FCE composite energy evaluation of green building is carried out.After analysis,it is found that the revised green building energy evaluation standard is more stringent,indicating that China's green building standards need to be improved,and the application of green building technology needs to be developed.Finally,in order to speed up the application and promotion of green building technology in southern Fujian,considering the current situation of southern Fujian,the paper puts forward measures and suggestions for various factors,such as improving the local green building policy,improving the supporting system of local green building application and green building technology information.The application of green building technology in southern Fujian is still in its infancy,and there are some deficiencies in both technology and policy support.Green building technology is a comprehensive subject which considers various disciplines comprehensively,and many problems need to be further studied and improved.The study of this paper provides some policy suggestions for the government to promote the development of green building technology in southern Fujian,and provides a reference for the owners and their project participants to implement green building technology.
