| The stay cable is the main force-bearing member of the cable-stayed bridge,and the cable force distribution will affect the stress state of the bridge.The change of cable force not only affects the rationality of the force of the whole bridge,but also affects the line shape of the main beam and the comfort and safety of driving.The life of the bridge and the length of the service period are directly related to the size of the cable force.therefore it is necessary to grasp the level of cable force in the structural system by measuring the cable force.In the current cable test of the bridge stage,the frequency method is almost the only choice because of its mature theory and quick and repeated operation procedures.Based on this method,this paper conducts research on test system development.The main contents are as follows:1、Based on the STM32 single-chip microcontroller,the cable force measurement system is designed.The system uses a single-chip microcontroller to autonomously perform the acquisition,wireless transmission and spectrum analysis of the cable-stayed random vibration signal to obtain the cable force of the stay cable.Firstly,the modular design is used to select,design and assemble the micro-processing unit module,acceleration sensor module and wireless transmission module,and the corresponding control software is compiled.Then,the Fast Fourier Transform program,WIFI client and interface design software are compiled for Android APP mode.2、The experimental verification of the cable force test system was carried out.Firstly,the cable force wireless real-time detection system was used to perform the frequency comparison test on the vibration test bench provided by the bridge laboratory,and compared with the traditional dynamic test system,the reliability and stability of the system were verified.The effects of environmental factors on the system were then studied in the laboratory.Finally,the test was carried out on a cable-stayed bridge and compared with the popular JMM268 cable force tester on the market.3、The system can be widely applied in the long-term monitoring of bridge cable force,long-term testing of structural vibration,and monitoring of bridge emergencies.It has the advantages of low cost,high efficiency,fast and reliable,and has broad application prospects. |
