Research On Online Inspection System For Engine Coating Quality Based On Process Safety

With the acceleration of the industrial automation process,based on the sealant coating process,the quality testing system for sealant line is very important to the sealing and safety of the assembly line of automobile engine.Aiming at the production demand in a certain company,this paper takes the sealant coating process as the foundation,overcomes the uncertainty of manual inspection,the error-prone of mechanical system detection,and the disadvantages of offline detection such as slow beat and high cost,and so on.With the connotation of safety science development,scientific application research on safety theory is very important.In view of this,in order to ensure product quality and safety as the fundamental process safety research glue detection based on safety lay fo undation for system establishment,so as to ensure smooth production,is imperative.The engine glue control and online quality detection system of process safety proposed is in the theoretical basis of machine vision on this topic based on the research of key technology,coating system of on-line detection.In the C# and VisionPro,through the establishment of hardware and software platform for the Internet is safe and feasible;First of all,the process of image acquisition,part identification,glue curve generation,quality inspection of glue line,etc;and then by setting the threshold to change the algorithm parameters,design of self checking program,extracting the glue line information;Then according to the detection results of visual system and standard results are compared to verify the quality of the glue line,there are defects in the coating quality of workpiece processing scheme;Finally,the main functions of algorithm saving time and accurate detection are achieved.With the combination of machine vision system and modern control method,the whole of cycle of the coating system is highly integrated,and the system can be studied and extended in the future by proper modification,which includes applying to the whole engine assembly line,increasing the thickness of the 3D contour scanner,increasing the mechanical cul ing device.
