With the rapid development of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things,the application fields of power electronics and computer technology are becoming more and more extensive,and the requirements for power supplies are becoming higher and higher,making the power supply lighter,smaller,and high-frequency.With the development of high efficiency,the traditional analog control power supply can no longer meet the needs of these emerging technology applications.At the same time,in order to meet the requirements of low noise and high efficiency of power supply,the application of soft switching technology in power supply has become very urgent.Aiming at these problems,this paper designs a digitally controlled switching power supply based on STM32.Its main topology uses phase-shifted full-bridge soft-switching DC/DC converter structure.In this paper,the working principle and key problems of the phase-shifted full-bridge DC/DC converter are analyzed in detail.According to the specific power supply design requirements,the relevant parameters selection of the converter is studied.At the same time,the small-signal model of the phase-shifted full-bridge soft-switching converter is established,and the transfer function of the phase-shifted full-bridge converter is obtained.In this paper,based on the nonlinearity and uncertainty of the power system,combined with the transfer function of the phase-shifted full-bridge converter,the design of the voltage-current double-closed-loop controller of the digitally controlled switching power supply is completed.By comparing the simulation results of traditional PID control and fuzzy adaptive PID control,the fuzzy adaptive PID with better control effect is selected as the control algorithm of this design.Based on theoretical research,this paper uses Matlab/Simulink as the simulation platform to simulate the digital control power system,and designs and builds the power prototype with the control chip STM32 as the core.The model is verified by simulation and building prototype.The feasibility and effectiveness of the designed digital control power supply and its control method.
