Volume measurement of bulk materials is a technical problem in actual production.The traditional measuring methods have many problems,such as high cost,low measuring accuracy and so on.Foreign high-precision equipment is expensive,limited by environmental conditions,and is not suitable for popularizing.In order to solve the above problems,a bulk volume measuring system based on structured light imaging is designed and the experimental results are analyzed.The main research contents are as follows:(1)On the basis of analyzing the principle of structured light imaging,according to the application environment and functional requirements of the measuring system,the hardware selection of the measuring system and the construction of the experiment table are carried out.(2)Through the simulation analysis of the phase displacement projection method and the code projection method,a structured light Map Projection based on Gray code and phase displacement was designed,and the implementation process of the Map Projection was analyzed to obtain Gray code and phase displacement Period.Analyzed the functional modules of the volume measurement system,completed the software system design,and then realized the software interface.(3)By analyzing the traditional camera calibration methods,Zhengyou Zhang's plane calibration method and improved dot Calibration Target were adopted to calibrate the camera,and then Bouguet algorithm was adopted to stereo correct the calibrated image.(4)Image defogging dust and low illumination enhancement were introduced as image preprocessing methods to deal with fog dust and low illumination environment.The feature extraction method was improved,the stereo matching strategy was optimized,and the speed and precision of acquiring three-dimensional point clouds were improved.Under different simulation environments,volume calculation and error analysis were carried out for different volumes of scattered limeThe above research results show that,the bulk volume measuring system based on structured light imaging designed in this paper,basically meet that volume measurement requirements of bulk pile,it provides theoretical basis and technical support for furthering research on bulk volume measurement based on structured light.
