The Research For Land Function Of Green Network City's Ideal Unit

With China's vigorous promotion of the national strategy of ecological civilization construction and the goal of developing a beautiful China,people have put forward higher requirements for urban planning in the new era.An urban spatial model with ecological comprehensive effects-green network city is proposed.With the reformation of China's unified management system and the purpose of effective utilization of land resources,promotion of the multi-regulation planning reform,enrichment of China's urban planning and urban green space system design theory,and construction of a ‘Livable,suitable,and travelable' city,it is of great significance to explore new ideas on the functional level of urban land utilization based on the theory of green network city.On the basis of clarifying the background and significance of the theory of green network city,this paper summarizes the conditions of the Green Network City's Ideal Unit by combing the ideal city theory,the green network city theory,the urban land function and other related theories.According to the definition of urban land use function by the International Institute of Architects,the system of urban land use functions in China,Britain,Germany and Japan is listed,and then the differences in the functional systems of land use in different countries are analyzed comparatively.This paper summarizes the theoretical reference and development thinking of urban and rural land use function under the integration conditions of China's ministries and commissions.Combined with the open block theory and the current situation of regional planning in China,the land use setting and scale division of the ideal unit of green network city are presented.The green network,road network and the districts as well as neighborhoods used to form the districts are summarized.This explores the possibility of the functional orientation of the Green Network City's Ideal Unit,and three ideally-oriented ideal unit land use models are summarized,namely the urban business center city model,residential area mode,and characteristic town mode.According to the different functional focuses of each mode,a variety of different ideal unit land layout is innovatively displayed.Through the comparison of land use mode of ideal unit land use mode,the function of residential-oriented ideal unit land use is elaborated,and the land use pattern of residential dominant type ideal unit and related land use function index system are summarized.Based on this,the functional requirements and layout forms of residential-oriented ideal unit buildings and public facilities are summarized,and relevant technical indicators are summarized.In the end,the land function,composition and characteristics of the ideal unit of the green network city were fully demonstrated,and the composite function and compatibility of the land use function were revealed,and the land use function system of the residential dominant type ideal unit was constructed comprehensively.
