Cancer is a major disease that endangers human health.Researches have found that treating cancer in its early stages greatly improves survival.Therefore,research on medical devices for early detection and early diagnosis of cancer has become a hot topic.Visible light confocal microendoscopy are favored by doctors and patients in the field of cancer detection,relying on their unique in vivo real-time high-resolution cell imaging capabilities.At present,the common visible light confocal microendoscopy are only suitable for imaging the surface tissue,but imaging depth less than 200 ?m.In this regard,our team carried out research on the near-infrared confocal endoscopic imaging method and proposed a near-infrared confocal endoscopic imaging system based on optical fiber beam.But this system is a theoretical prototype based on the optical platform and cannot be applied in clinical practice.In response to the above questions,based on this prototype,this article was written on integration and modularization research,developed an engineering prototype of medical near-infrared confocal endoscope.The main research contents are as follows: First,the design of imaging optical path system.The specific structural parameters of beam expander module and relay module are set according to the imaging requirements,and the performance is analyzed by using the ZEMAX design software.After processing,a beam expander module with a 4.86 x magnification and a relay module with a 1:1 relay function are obtained,which improved integration and operability of the imaging optical system.Second,laser scanning imaging control system design.After completing the design of the power module,the laser control module,the galvanometer scanning module and the signal processing module,integrated the modules.To complete the integration of the control system while realizing the functions of the control system.Third,system parameter testing and tissue imaging.The main parameters of the near-infrared confocal endoscopic imaging system were tested,and the results show that the system has a resolution of 1.55 ?m and the system imaging field of view is 330 ?m.By comparing the tissue imaging results of visible light and near-infrared confocal endoscopic imaging system,it is verified that the near-infrared confocal endoscopic imaging system has higher contrast.The advantages of deep tissue imaging in the near-infrared confocal endoscopic imaging system were verified by imaging the esophagus of mice with a 300 ?m imaging depth.
