With the development of "green building" and "building industrialization" in China,the "Prefabricated Shear Wall" structure will be the development trend of future residential buildings in China.However,investigations of previous earthquakes have shown that the locations of post-casting or post-assembly of joints,etc.of fabricated concrete structures are the most serious areas of earthquake damage,and are also weak links of fabricated concrete structures,which restricts fabricated concrete comprehensive promotion of the structure.For countries with frequent earthquakes in China,how to improve the seismic performance of fabricated structures in order to rapidly develop the four new environmental protection construction technologies for residential industrialization is an urgent problem to be solved.At present,the research on the seismic performance of fabricated concrete structures mainly focuses on the joints and joints,and improves the seismic performance of the prefabricated concrete structures by changing the connection method,improving the joint performance and protecting the joints.However,research on improving the overall seismic performance of the assembled energy-absorbing damper device suitable for the Prefabricated Shear wall structure is relatively rare.Therefore,this paper proposes an improved "New Multi-rhombic Hole Steel Plate Damper" as a replaceable coupling beam damper,using ANSYS Workbench software to numerically simulate the improved coupling beam damper,and through its "Prefabricated Shear Wall" in the application of the structure,the effect of the replaceable coupling beam damper on the overall seismic performance of the fabricated shear wall structure was investigated.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Reviewing and summarizing the methods and results of the research on the seismic performance of traditional fabricated shear wall structures and the energy dissipation and damping of ordinary shear wall structures,focusing on the use of shear-type soft steel replaceable coupling beam dampers to improve assembly The overall seismic performance of the shear wall structure.The ANSYS Workbench software is used to simulate different types of replaceable coupling beam dampers.By examining the economics and energy consumption effects of existing replaceable coupling beam dampers,an improved "New Multi-rhombic Hole Steel Plate Damper" is proposed.The hole steel plate damper has more energy consumption and more stable performance.It is recommended as a replaceable soft steel coupling beam damper for the assembled energy-reducing wall structure;(2)Applying the Design Explore module of ANSYS Workbench in the product optimization design of mechanical engineering to the damper design in civil engineering field,realizing the parameter correlation analysis of "New Multi-rhombic Hole Steel Plate Damper”and multi-target drive optimization Designed to minimize the amount of steel used in the damper and the maximum stress during deformation,while ensuring consistent energy dissipation.Design and optimization design is convenient and fast,which can provide strong support for the industrial application of the assembled structure damping design;(3)Relying on an 18-story fabricated shear wall structure project,the improved "New Multi-rhombic Hole Steel Plate Damper" was used as the replaceable coupling beam damper to establish the structural elastoplastic analysis model,and the various positions of the damper were arranged.Compare and analyze and find a reasonable arrangement.Comparing the displacement angle between the original structure and the damping structure layer,the size of the base shear force,and the distribution and development of the plastic hinge,the damper shows good energy dissipation and shock absorption capability.Compared with other types of dampers,the "New Multi-rhombic Hole Steel Plate Damper" can reduce the seismic response of the structure more effectively and reduce the number of component damage of the "Prefabricated Shear Wall" structure.This type of replaceable coupling beam damper provides superior safety and economy.
