With the rapid development of society and the growing shortage of building materials resources,research on recycled concrete applications and component performance is crucial.However,recycled aggregate has the characteristics of large porosity,residual mortar and high water absorption,which makes recycled aggregate concrete have the disadvantages of low strength,large shrinkage and so on,thus restricting the application and development of recycled aggregate concrete structure.Fiber reinforced polymer(FRP)has the advantages of light weight,high strength,corrosion resistance,fatigue resistance and so on.Many domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research on FRP-confined concrete structures,which has been widely used in various projects at home and abroad in recent years.Based on the performance characteristics of FRP confined concrete and steel reinforced concrete,the section steel is placed in GRRP tube,and the GFRP tube,section steel and recycled aggregate concrete are combined to form a new type of composite component-GFRP tube confined steel recycled aggregate concrete column.The axial compression test of GFRP tube confined steel recycled aggregate concrete column is carried out with contain steel rate and steel type as parameters.GFRP tube confined steel recycled aggregate concrete columns have the advantages of high bearing capacity,good ductility,corrosion resistance and so on.In order to explore the influence of contain steel rate and steel type on the mechanical properties of GFRP tube confined steel recycled aggregate concrete columns,60 GFRP tube confined steel recycled aggregate concrete columns were designed and manufactured in this paper,and the axial compression test was carried out.The experimental phenomena,failure modes and mechanical properties were also compared and analyzed.Through comparative analysis,the effects of contain steel rate,steel type and different types on the mechanical properties of GFRP tubes confined recycled steel concrete columns are obtained.The main research rate of this paper:1.With contain steel rate and steel type as parameters,60 steel recycled aggregate concrete columns confined by GFRP tubes were designed and manufactured,and then the material properties of GFRP tubes,section steel and recycled aggregate concrete with different substitution rates were tested.2.Based on the test process of each specimen,the axial compression test phenomena and failure modes of recycled steel reinforced concrete columns,GFRP tube recycled aggregate concrete columns and GFRP tube confined steel recycled aggregate concrete columns are compared and analyzed,and the failure modes of internal steel are compared and analyzed.3.With contain steel rate as a parameter,the influence of contain steel rate on the mechanical properties of GFRP confined steel recycled aggregate concrete columns is studied by comparing the bearing capacity and deformation capacity.4.With steel type as a parameter,the influence of steel type on the mechanical properties of GFRP tube-confined steel recycled concrete columns is studied by comparing and analyzing the bearing capacity and deformation capacity of section steel.5.By comparing the experimental data of the embedded strain gauge of section steel,the influence of contain steel rate and steel type on the circumferential strain effect of GFRP tube is analyzed.
