In recent years,with the rapid development of economy,the scale of our country highway mileage in the world ranks first,the high grade highway mileage increases gradually,highway density tends to be saturated,the road level gradually improve,because the asphalt concrete pavement has low noise,high comfort,easy to repair,shop is convenient wait for an advantage,so they are widely used in all kinds of grade highway.However,asphalt concrete pavement is prone to rutting at high temperature and cracking at low temperature.In addition,the overloading phenomenon on the highway is more serious.Therefore,higher requirements are put forward for asphalt pavement.Based on the rheological theory,the temperature sensitivity of zhenhai 70 # matrix asphalt was analyzed.Planned by SHRP dynamic shear rheological test standard is based on the fixed angular frequency in 10 rad/s,cannot fully reflect the actual stress state of asphalt surface and climate conditions,based on the rheology theory,this study adopts different angular frequency of zhenhai 70 # matrix asphalt temperature scanning experiment,research the angular frequency under different cooling rate and the influence of temperature on thermal properties of the matrix asphalt;Based on the response surface principle,CCD test design method is adopted to analyze the response surface of rut factor,fatigue factor and comprehensive optimization objective function.The results are as follows:(1)To control the angular frequency respectively 5 rad/s,10 rad/s,15 rad/s,zhenhai 70 # matrix asphalt for dynamic shear rheological tests,get along with the temperature change under different angular frequency of the mechanical performance index,by analyzing the mechanics performance index of the sense of frequency and temperature,the results show that the mechanical properties change most obviously when the angular frequency is 15rad/s;(2)In different cooling rate(1 ?/min,2 ?/min,3 ?/min),for testing zhenhai 70 # matrix asphalt to get the corresponding mechanics performance index,analysis of various index with the change temperature and the angular frequency of the related laws,the results show that when the cooling rate of 1 ?/min,the rut factor can be more representation zhenhai 70 # matrix thermal performance of the asphalt aging,through the analysis of experimental data fitting with MATLAB,and got the cooling rate of 1 ?/min respectively,2 ?/min,3 ?/min when the mechanical properties of formula;(3)Temperature,angular frequency and cooling rate as independent variables,using CCD experiment design method on the basis of the principle of the response surface of rut factor,fatigue factor and comprehensive consideration of the high and low temperature index of asphalt optimization objective function of the response surface analysis,the results show that the three response surface and has a good correlation between independent variables,and obtains the corresponding polynomial equation,the response surface can be reference for follow-up research.
