Sand therapy is simply a way to bury the human body in the sand to recuperate the body.It is the abbreviation of sand embedding therapy.It is the Savior of patients with osteoarthritis.In the past few years,because of the influence of natural factors such as climate,environment and time,sand therapy has come into being indoors.At the same time,because the heating mode and equipment of the system are not excellent enough,sand therapy has not been able to achieve the best heating efficiency and treatment needs without time limitation.Therefore,from the beginning to the present,the researchers have made repeated experiments on this issue.Finally,the optimal design scheme of heating system and heating equipment has been obtained.At the same time,through numerical simulation and practical experiments,it has been proved that natural convection-multidirectional heating is the only best way to improve heating efficiency and achieve high comfort without time limitation One of.With the development of society,more advanced,non-deficient,affordable and convenient new technologies have emerged in sand therapy nowadays.Firstly,the former outdoor sandtherapy room was transformed into indoor sandtherapy room with artificial heating system;secondly,the indoor sandtherapy room with insufficient heating system was optimized into indoor sandtherapy room with heating system as the best natural convection-multi-direction heating system;nowadays,the emerging new technology is the perfect heating system,advanced equipment,small size,affordable and portable sandburial treatment structure-sand Therapeutic bed.Firstly,according to the existing small indoor sand therapy platform,the small sand therapy room is changed into a large sand therapy room with more heating sources on the basis of natural convection-multi-direction heating mode.At the same time,according to the energy consumption,heating effect and heating efficiency of the former small sand therapy room,the temperature field and velocity field of the large sand therapy room are numerically calculated and analyzed.The results of energy consumption,heating effect and heating efficiency of large-scale sand therapy room were compared with those of simulation experiment and actual experiment.Secondly,the energy consumption of the whole heating situation of the sand therapy bed is analyzed,and the numerical calculation of the sand therapy bed is carried out under the same boundary conditions according to the numerical calculation results of the large sand therapy room.The changes of temperature field and velocity field are analyzed,and the numerical calculation results of the large sand therapy room and the sand therapy bed are compared.Then,according to the results of numerical calculation and comparison between large-scale sand therapy room and sand therapy bed,the large-scale sand therapy room is improved to a sand therapy place consisting of sand therapy bed.At the same time,the heating effect and energy consumption of the sand treatment bed are analyzed.The advantages of the sand treatment bed over the sand treatment room are summarized in terms of time,heating speed,heating efficiency,economy and so on.The treatment structure of the sand treatment bed is more suitable for people's treatment needs.
