With the improvement of people’s quality of life,the number of private cars is increasing,and the problem of “difficult parking” is becoming more and more serious.The emergence of mechanical three-dimensional garage solves the problem of“difficult parking”.Large-scale three-dimensional garages have been planned in many large shopping malls and new high-end residential areas.However,in some enterprises and old districts,it is impossible to re-plan large parking garages.The non-avoidance three-dimensional garage studied in this paper is very suitable for installation in old communities and small-scale enterprises and institutions that cannot be reconstructed on a large scale.It has the characteristics of simple structure,small floor space and convenient installation.The main contents are as follows:(1)Establish a three-dimensional model of the unavoidable three-dimensional garage frame,and use ANSYS Workbench to carry out static research on the force and deformation of the garage frame.According to the stereo garage design standard,the response surface method is used to optimize the structure that does not meet the stress and strain requirements.(2)In order to avoid the resonance of the garage frame and other things,based on the optimized frame structure,the ANSYS Workbench is used to analyze the modality,analyze the dynamic characteristics of the garage frame,and the first ten-order mode shape of the garage frame.And the corresponding natural frequencies are studied.(3)The loading plate is subjected to a large force during the movement of the garage.In order to make the loading plate meet the requirements of use,a threedimensional model of the loading plate is established,and the stress and deformation of the loading plate structure are statically studied,and the force is weak.Perform localoptimization.(4)Establish a three-dimensional model of the non-avoidance three-dimensional garage working device,carry out kinematics and dynamics research,construct a mathematical model of the motion process of the working device,deduct the kinematics and dynamic equations,and use MATLAB to connect the connecting rods in the working device.The displacement,velocity,acceleration,and the binding force between the rods are numerically analyzed,especially where the force is greatest.(5)In order to reduce the friction of the working device and reduce the noise,the lubrication theory is introduced into the analysis of the three-dimensional garage.At the joint where the force is the largest,the self-lubricating bearing is used instead of the original pin connection.Pressure and oil film force are studied to analyze the distribution of oil film pressure and the trend of oil film pressure with oil film thickness,which provides research basis and direction for further analysis.
